Full Time Positions OPEN:

• AM Shift (7:00AM - 3:00PM)
• PM Shift (3:00PM - 11:00PM)
• NOC Shift (11:00PM - 7:00AM)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, performs individually assigned care activities for the

chronically ill and technologically dependent residents based on established resident care policies

and procedures. Participates in resident care as an active member of the healthcare delivery team.

Specific areas of responsibility include monitoring of resident vital signs, providing resident hygiene

and comfort measures, assisting with medical procedures and fulfilling nutritional and grooming

needs. Provides general direct nursing care to assigned residents.

RESPONSIBLE TO:

Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Clinical Manager

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

1. Licensure/Certification:

a. Current California Certified Nursing Assistant Certification

b. Current BLS certification
