The Grove at Valhalla Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a talented and hard-working CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to join our ever-growing rehabilitation team.

The Grove at Valhalla Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a facility with 160 beds and is proud of their state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Gym servicing 50 + short term beds. Our The Grove at Valhalla Rehabilitation and Nursing Center team consists of 20+ Therapists spanning 20 years of experience with backgrounds in acute, sub-acute, long term and outpatient settings would provide an excellent setting for learning and growth. The Grove at Valhalla Rehabilitation and Nursing Center provides Rehabilitation services 7 days per week..

Responsibilities Include:

The C.N.A. responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing patient care to ensure proper hygiene; assisting with going to the bathroom and showers.
• Provides daily living by assisting with meals, ambulating, turning and positioning, etc...
• Documents actions by completing reports and charting all vital information.
• Provides patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials.
• Report patient concerns to nurse, nursing manager and/or nursing supervisor.
• Serves as resident advocate with focus on facilitys mission.
• 1-2 years experience

Qualifications/Requirements for CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant):

• Current C.N.A. certification

Positions Available:

• Per Diem

Pay Rate: $18
