Job Description

Are you looking to become CNA certified?  We are currently seeking candidates for our upcoming CNA class, which will be held starting the end of September.  Get paid an hourly wage while learning! If you qualify, you will be employed full-time/part-time and possibly eligible for benefits.  During the class, the schedule will be during the day, Monday through Friday. Employees will learn through classroom instruction, on-the-job training, and job shadowing.  The CNA certification testing is included in the class at no charge to the employee.  No previous healthcare experience necessary.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• obtaining vital signs
• training and assisting patients with activities of daily living
• providing ongoing observation, interaction and feedback to residents of facility
• reporting concerns and recommendations to appropriate staff members
• other duties as delegated by and completed under the supervision of a Charge Nurse

Once classroom instruction is completed, work schedules will include weekdays, weekends, and holiday rotations.
