About Our Facility:

Here at Elizabethtown Healthcare and Rehab our residents are the most important part of our facility.  We strive to give the best care!  We have a 45 bed facility with a mix of Long Term and Short Term Rehab Residents.  We are currently under new management and seeking employees to join our team and care for our dear residents.  

Job Description:

• Provide Over the Top Care 
• Work as a Team to Accomplish Resident Goals
• Assist Resident's with ADL's (Showering, Toileting, Feeding, Transferring, etc.)
• Follow Facility, DOH, and HIPAA Regulations, Laws, and Policies
• Communicate Changes in Resident condition to Charge Nurse
• Attend Monthly Education Meetings

Schedule:

• Every Other Weekend
• Every other Holiday

Job Requirements:

All Applicants MUST have the following:

• An Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification for the state of Pennsylvania
• Waivered CNA Certification
