WHO WE ARE: Windsor Health & Rehabilitation - a 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Starke, FL is currently seeking a CNA to help with team coverages on the evening shifts.  We are a growing facility in need of an energetic and talented new clinical professional to come join our team!

As the CNA within a Skilled Nursing Facility you will assist RNs and Physicians with daily procedures, and help with the overall support of the clinical staff.  Here @ Windsor Health & Rehab, we believe in a strong TEAM approach that truly improves the lives of all our residents.  

CNA EVENING SHIFT IS STILL A FULL-TIME POSITION

EVENING SHIFT = 3PM -11PM

INCREASED PAY: $16.00-18.00HR

CNA Job Summary & Qualifications:

• Prepare residents for and assists RNs and Physicians with diagnostic procedures
• Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document Resident food and fluid intake
• Keep living and common areas clean and tidy
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed
• Display unlimited patience and respond to residents with compassion in every interaction
• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) License Required
• Advanced Organizational & Multi-Tasking Skills
• Coachable Attitude, Team Player, Pleasant Demeanor
