 Compensation and Benefits of the CNA/HHA Caregiver:

• Pay starting at $18 up to $23 per hour
• $500 referral bonus (refer another CNA/HHA caregiver)

 Responsibilities of the CNA/HHA Caregiver include:

• Assist seniors with activities of daily living by using your CNA/HHA skills
• Companionship by providing socialization to those who may rarely leave their home
• Light homemaking such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, trash removal, laundry, linen change
• Medication reminders
• Shopping and errands as needed
• Safety supervision to seniors with memory loss
• Assist seniors to stay safely in their homes

 Requirements of the CNA/HHA Caregiver:

• Must have a desire to help seniors stay safely and comfortably in their homes
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance
• Must be able to work in the US and pass a background check
• Read, write, speak and understand English
• Lift 50 lbs
• Successfully complete a competency evaluation and provide the CNA/HHA certification
• Must legally be able to work in the US
