Job Description

We are seeking professional and compassionate COVID-19 vaccinated Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and Live-ins for our senior clients. We offer Competitive Salary, Weekly Pay, Referral Bonuses and a collaborative and supportive environment! 

We also offer Back-up Childcare for our families. Childcare caregivers are fun, energetic, engaging people who love kids. Hours will vary based on client needs, usually around 4-8 hours per day. Positions may include last-minute requests, morning and afternoon requests, or occasional days of care.

LOCATION: Office in Westwood accessible by public transit; servicing Norwood, Milton, Dedham, Walpole, Sharon, Stoughton, Canton, Wellesley, Walpole, West Roxbury, Roslindale, Needham, Newton, Framingham, Marlborough, Southborough, Northborough, Natick and the Greater Boston Area.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs
• Assist with companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands/food shopping, transportation and medication reminders
• Assist with personal care, dressing, bathing, walking, transferring, incontinence and memory care
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

CAREGIVER REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year caregiver experience and be at least 19 years of age
• Certified caregivers preferred
• Follow verbal/written instructions as well as document the services provided (in English)
• National background check and employment references
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB Test (preferred)
• A valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance/registration and a reliable car (preferred)
• COVID-19 vaccinated caregivers
