Culpeper Health & Rehabilitation Center in Culpeper Virginia, is seeking an RN for our CNA Instructor position. The CNA Instructor manages and provides required education to our Nurse Aides to become Certified Nursing Assistants. The CNA Instructor is responsible for overall management of the CNA Program for 2 skilled nursing facilities. Requires expert knowledge of basic nursing skills and a desire to pass that knowledge on to others. Requires successful education and outcome of graduated CNA students. Maintaining ongoing oversight of graduated students to assist in retention. The CNA Instructor works closely with the HR manager to provide new hire orientation for the incoming nursing assistants. Qualified candidates must be a licensed RN, have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a nurse, and clinical training experience.
