Long Term Care Facility is seeking an RN for our CNA Instructor/Staff Development position.

The CNA Instructor manages and provides required education to Temporary Nurse Aides to become Certified Nursing Assistants. CNA Instructor is reponsible for overall management of TNA to CNA Program for 2 skilled nursing facilities. 

Requires expert knowledge of basic nursing skills and a desire to pass that knowledge on to others. Requires successful education and outcome of graduated CNA students. Maintaining ongoing oversight of graduated students to assist in retention.

The CNA Instructor works closely with the HR manager to provide new hire orientation for the incoming nursing assistants. 

Qualified candidates must be a licensed RN, have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a nurse, and clinical training experience.
