Weekend Double CNA with Baylor and Other Incentives

General Summary:

The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) assists the licensed nursing staff by performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living.  

Essential Functions:

The CNA will perform routine duties in caring for residents which includes (but is not limited) the following:

• Bathing
• Dressing
• Hair Care
• Oral Hygiene
• Nail Care
• Toileting
• Transfers & Mobility Assistance
• Mealtime Assistance and Feeding
• Exercise
• Assorted Room Duties
• Follow Resident Care Plans
• Document ADL's 
• Maintains safe and sanitary environment
• Encourages resident independence
• Observe all safety and infection control procedures and policies
• Protect and Ensure Resident Rights
• Attend in-service training and education sessions
• Work All Scheduled Shifts without Call Ins
• Maintain Positive Attitude
• Work As a Team
• Create Culture of Trust, Respect, and Appreciation
