**CNA’s NEEDED**$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS**

South Shore Health and Rehabilitation, LLC, a premier Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Gary, is looking for CNA’s to join our team!

We are currently looking for CNA’s that are passionate about making a difference and want to work in a culture that promotes communication, respect and collaboration. The primary role of the Certified Nursing Assistant is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with established facility nursing care procedures.

8 hour shifts; all shifts available.

Part time or full time schedules.

Full time benefits include health, dental and vision insurance. Sick, vacation and holiday pay. 401k with company match.
