Job Description

Our Long-Term Rehabilitation Center has full-and part-time openings for C.N.A.   The  C.N.A. will temporarily provide routine daily nursing care and services that support the care delivered to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care, following the established nursing care procedures and as directed by your supervisor.

Available Shifts: 7a-7p and 7p-7a

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities.
• Help patients with personal hygiene. Help with baths and showers.

• Check vital signs and record daily information in the patient's chart.

Documents objective information related to patient care.

• Maintains confidentiality of all patient information.

• Reports to the Nurse any observations and pertinent information related to the patient's care.

• Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state, and local requirements.

• Assist the nurses and other staff as needed and perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements & Skills:

• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Must have at least one year of  C.N.A or caregiver experience
• Must have a C.N.A.  certificate

Excellent compensation - Up to $20/hr, plus benefits and a $3,000 Sign-on Bonus!
