Job Description

LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED Robotic Welding Operator/Technician to assist one of our clients with their production and manufacturing needs. The ideal candidate will have Robotic Welding, Electro-Mechanical, or Automation experience. This is a permanent position, with a great benefit package upon permanent hiring.

Day Shift: M-Th 6:00am - 4:00pm
Night Shift: M-Th 5:30pm - 4:00am
Starting Salary $14.00 - $17.00 / hour

RESPONSIBILITIES and QUALIFICATIONS:

-Set-up/operate and teach robots as required
-Troubleshoot and adjust robots, weld controllers, etc. using PLC’s and HMI
-Assist with changeover of equipment, components, and tooling
-Adjust MIG, Spot, and Arc Brazing welding schedules on Company’s specific Robots (i.e., Medar, Lincoln, Fronius and Panasonic weld controllers)
-Maintain equipment to ensure machines produce quality parts
-Ability to read blueprints
-Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
