Overview:

Under the supervision of the Radiology Leader, performs CT examinations. Performs a variety of procedures which require independent judgement, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation to obtain CT. 

Qualifications:

• Experience: Requires minor nursing skills. Ability to multi-task and react appropriately in high stress situations
• Education: Requires high school education or equivalent. Must be a graduate of an accredited two-year program in Radiologic Technology.
  Certifications: A.R.R.T. registered or registry eligible upon hire, and A.R.R.T. achieved within six months of employment. Must have ARRT Advanced Level certification in CT Scan or working towards certification.
• Other: CPR required. Excellent interpersonal communication, multitasking and organizational skills required.
