Overview:

Provide diagnostic C.T. scans for interpretation by radiologist. Assist radiologist and or performing physician in the performance of interventional and special procedures (biopsy, ablation, myelography, arthrography and any other such procedures). Apply principles of radiation safety.

Qualifications:

• Education: Requires high school education or equivalent. Must be a graduate of an accredited two-year program in Radiologic Technology.
• Experience: Requires minor nursing skills. Ability to multi-task and react appropriately in high stress situations
• Certifications: A.R.R.T. registered or registry eligible upon hire, and A.R.R.T. achieved within six months of employment. Must have ARRT Advanced Level certification in CT Scan or working towards certification.
• Other: CPR required. Excellent interpersonal communication, multitasking and organizational skills required.
