The CTOR Department at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center plays a critical role within the Cardiac Service Line of Excellence supporting it's "Heart & Lung Institute", the only stand-alone lung transplant center in the Nation. With the hours of operation from 6:30 am to 7pm, the CTOR currently has seven surgical suites conducting over 1500 cases a year. The staffing ratio for these cases includes two RN circulators, a cardiothoracic scrub technician, and Physician's Assistant. Additional staff includes a clinical monitoring technical and staff perfusion.

JOIN US NOW as we are seeking a CV TECHNOLOGIST who is passionate about the health and well-being of our patients to perform non-invasive cardiovascular studies, invasive cardio-thoracic and vascular surgical procedures on adult, pediatric and neonates.

Located in Phoenix, AZ, this position is critical to the success of St. Joseph's Hospital Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health.

Minimum:

HS Diploma /GED

Completion of Surgical Technician or Cardiac Cath program

AHA BLS and related acute clinical care experience required.

Three years surgical technician or CVOR/cardiac cath experience strongly preferred.
