Care Assistant to CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

We are offering Tuition Reimbursement for a CNA Program as well as a generous $2000 sign-on bonus. 

Meadow Lane Rehab is looking for individuals that are looking to become CNA's. You will begin as a Care Assistant, learning on the job skills and eventually transitioning into a Certified Nursing Assistant with our growing team. Meadow Lane Rehab is a wonderful facility with 50+ beds that focuses on short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Our team consists of creative, compassionate, and caring individuals making a positive impact on our residents, family, friends, and co-workers. Qualifications for Care Assistant to CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant):

Hours:

AM Shift 6am-2pm

PM Shift 2pm-10pm

Night Shift 10pm-6pm
