SYNERGY HomeCare of Barrington has been providing assistance to people in need for over 14 years.    Our Caregivers/CNAs are the heart and soul of our organization.     We believe that is as equally important to treat our team members with dignity and respect as we do our clients.

Are you an experienced Caregiver/CNA that is looking for part time assignments?    We are one of the only agencies in the area that offer service for as little as 1 hour.   1-2 hour assignments pay between $18-22 per hour.  Dail hours are 11:30am-1:30pm and 7pm-9pm.

Requirements of the Caregivers/CNAs:

• Have a passion for helping others
• Have reliable transportation
• Be patient and comforting
• Ability to perform transfers 
• Ability to care for people who have cognitive imparment
• Ability to pass  a criminal background check with no disqualifying offenses
• Ability to communicate clearly and calmly
