We are seeking caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

SYNERGY HomeCare offers:

• Competitive pay ($15-$18 per hour)

• Medical benefits through Medallus for both full and part-time employees for just $10-$20 per month depending on full or part-time status. (Family coverage for only $85-$90/month for family up to 6 people)
• Pay for travel time between clients (if seeing multiple clients in the same day)
• We will pay up to $350 for CNA School tuition after 3 months of solid job performance

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Helping clients get up in the morning, or down for the evening
• Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, incontinence, bathing and ambulating including Hoyer Lifts
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 yrs or older
• Have at least one year of caregiver experience with family, agency, or facility. (not needed if you have your CNA)
• Have or acquire CPR/First Aid certification (May obtain after interview)
• Be able to pass a national background check
• A valid driver's license, proof of car insurance/registration and a reliable car
