WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING CAREGIVERS TO WORK 12HR SHIFTS AND 12HR OVERNIGHT SHIFTS, INCLUDING ROTATING WEEKENDS.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Provide client care according to an approved Care Plan
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Assist in providing a safe, clean environment for clients
• Provide transportation as required
• Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements

Caregiver Minimum Requirements

• Caring, Compassionate & Dependable
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable insured vehicle
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Dementia experienced
• CNA certificate / PCW certificate preferred
• Employment contingent upon clean driving record, background check and drug test results
