Job Description

We are looking for experienced Caregivers, Home Health Aides, CNA's and Senior Companions to join our non-medical home care team. We offer several different kinds of shifts and have multiple care level needs. Part time and full time positions are available. We also offer flexible hours; which include days, evenings and weekends. We have shifts available all over the greater Charleston Area. We are growing fast and there are many exciting opportunities for well qualified Caregivers, HHA’s, CNA's and Senior Companions. Caregivers, HHA’s, CNA's and Senior Companions must also speak English well; have a clean arrest record and a good driving record. A background check will be provided to all potential applicants. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16-19 /hour

Responsibilities: 

  • Help clients take prescribed medication
  • Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
  • Help clients with physical therapy exercises
  • Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
  • Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop
  • Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
  • Be a pleasant and supportive companion
  • Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

 

 

Requirements: 

  • Desire to work with geriatric community
  • Pass Drug Screening
  • Pass Background check
  • Have a Current Valid Driver's License
  • Must have own Vehicle and Valid Automobile Insurance
  • Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Dedication and compassion to provide the very best care for your clients
  • Must be punctual and reliable
