The Opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Cash Room Supervisor to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores and Montana Hotels in West Yellowstone,Montana. As a Cash Room Supervisor, you will work under the general direction of the Controller and be responsible for all activities of the money room including the receiving, processing, routing, and shipping of money.

Cash Room Supervisor starts at $18.00 / Hour!

Responsibilities

• Receive cash from each department, reconcile, and complete necessary reports.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed by all personnel working.
• Ensure an accurate accounting of all transactions, collections, and disbursements.
• Supervise cash room clerks and cash truck drivers.
• Create work schedules.
• Bundle currency accurately, according to the bank's instructions.
• Prepare daily deposit paperwork.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience handling money accurately.
• Occasionally working weekends.
• Should know the functions of a cash register, coin, and currency counters.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have a valid drivers license.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Constant standing, lifting, and climbing stairs, and repetitive motions.
• Finger dexterity is required.
