Have you seen our beautiful property in Manchester, Vermont? Join our Equinox Golf Resort and Spa team in this exciting Coordinator position within passionate and fun Sales and Marketing Team. If you are looking to be creative and help in the planning of beautiful, stunning and memorable events for guests, visitors, and families - we would like to talk with you!

What you will have an opportunity to do:

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times in order to Be The Difference for guests, visitors and prospects
  • Prepare proposals and contracts on an as-needed basis
  • Assist with calls and in-person meetings and tours
  • Screen all incoming correspondence to the Director of Sales and Marketing
  • Produce day meeting business for the property
  • Enter contractual event data for programs into system
  • Upon receipt of a signed contract, ensure that the data in the system is accurate
  • Prepare documents and copies of necessary information for Conference Planning, Accounting and Group rooms
  • Responsible for accurately coding each invoice, check request and purchase order going out of the department with the appropriate general ledge code
  • Assist in prepare the Sales and Marketing reports for the weekly department head meeting.
  • Work with F&B outlets and the Director of Sales and Marketing on local advertising and outreach
  • Attend banquet and group events and assist on an as needed basis to support the Sales and Marketing team
