What You'll Do
As a Centerless Grind Operator, you'll be part of our team located in Decorah, IA.
You'll get to:

• Makes minor repairs and assists maintenance in major repairs.
• Provides preventive maintenance on machines including coolant changes and greasing at proper time intervals.
• Observes toolroom equipment for proper operation and reports problems to supervisor.
• Follows all company safety rules and OSHA regulations and wears all prescribed safety equipment and guards in carrying out work assignments.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of all grinding equipment.
• Ability to use all gages and gaging techniques.
