Responsibilities:
- Help patients with daily functions, such as dressing or bathing
- Housework, like vacuuming or doing laundry.
- Shopping and cooking meals
- Schedule doctor appointments or other meetings and arrange transportation.
- Register and inform the nurses about the patient's health status.
- Teach patient self-care skills
Requirements:
- Certificatied in New York to work as an HHA or PCA
- Valid ID
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Social Security Card (We do not accept TaxID)
- Happy and willing to provide care
- Ability to care for patients
- Experience in palliative care, home care, or other related fields is an advantage.
- Ability to care for minor medical problems
- Availability to work occasionally in the evenings, holidays, and weekends
