$3,000 Sign-on bonus for full-time role!

$1,500 Sign-on for part-time!

Rate Range: $17-$22, depending upon experience!

Full-Time Staff can elect to forego benefits and earn an additional $3/hr in our new Pay in Lieu of Benefits (PIB) Program!*

To join this team, please have the following requirements: 

• Must possess an active, unencumbered licensed to practice as a CNA in Massachusetts.
• Must be able to provide excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Basic resident care under direction of nursing staff.
• Perform duties, such as feed, bathe, dress, groom, or move residents, or change linens.
• Providing health/supportive services to ensure all resident needs are met.
