With three facilities in the Bangor area (West Gate Center for Rehabilitation & Alzheimer's Care and East Side Center for Health & Rehabilitation)- we are a premier provider of short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and post-hospital care.

What You Will Do As A CNA:

• Observe residents and report to the charge nurse immediately if any unusual conditions/accidents/incidents occur.
• Assists with serving meal trays; feeds residents that need assistance' documents food consumed for each resident assigned.
• Passes out nourishment and water pitchers.
• Cares for clean/soiled linen

What You Will Need As A Nursing Assistant:

· Hold a valid CNA license in the state of ME
