The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley is located at 140 Main Street, Poughkeepsie, NY.

*$1,000.00 Sign-On Bonus*

We are seeking CNAs (Cerified Nursing Assistants) for all shifts. Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem.

CNA Duties Include:

• Providing compasionate resident care as directed by nursing staff.
• Assisting residents with hygeine/bathing & ADLs (activities of daily living).
• Passing meal trays; feeding residents; reporting food & fluid intake.
• Monitoring residents; reporting any health issues to nurse.
• Transporting residents within facility
• Maintaining clean & healthy environment.

CNA Requirements Include:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing
• Ability to work well on a team
