Pay Range $20/hr.- $23/hr.

Eligible for $3,000 S/O BONUS

We promote a LIFE/WORK Balance Schedule: Work 4 days, OFF 2 schedule (on rotation), or Fri-Monday shift, set schedule:(OFF 3 days and work 4 days/week only!)

Shifts Available:

NOC (11:00pm – 7:30am) (4x2) rotation.

PM: (3:00pm – 11:30pm) (4x2) rotation.

AM: (7:00 am – 3:30 pm) (4x2) rotation.

Avocado Post-Acute is an established adult day care center located in El Cajon, California. We strive to provide quality, optimum, and the most effective health care to our residents with COMPASSION and RESPECT. We are a 256-bed facility with diverse units including Sub-acute (24-Hour Respiratory Therapy), Short-term Rehabilitation, Custodial, and Secured Unit.

Position Summary:

• Starting Pay Rate $20/hr. and up to $23/hr. (Depending on experience and shift)
• Up to $3,000 S/O BONUS
• Minimum of H.S. degree or equivalent.
• Long-Term care experience preferably in a sub-acute setting but we welcome new grads!
• Must be certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of California.
• Must be certified in CPR.
• Must maintain current licensure in good standing during employment with this facility in accordance with the State Board
