Job Description

Our Long Term Facility is in urgent need of CNAs to work 2nd or 3rd shifts. Aides will provide daily nursing care and services that support the care delivered to residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care as directed by your supervisor. Aides must be kind, respectful, and considerate.

This is not a travel assignment!

Available shift:

Monday to Friday (Shift:3p-11p  and every other weekend)

CNA must work at least 4 shifts per week, plus every other weekend

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities.
• Help patients with personal hygiene. Help with baths and showers.

• Check vital signs and record daily information in the patient's chart.

• Documents objective information related to patient care.

• Maintains confidentiality of all patient information.

• Reports to the Nurse any observations and pertinent information about the patient's care.

• Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state, and local requirements.

• Assist the nurses and other staff as needed and perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements:

• C.N,A  or the State
• At least two years of PCA or HHA experience
• High school diploma

Competitive rate $20-$25/hr.
