Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The CNA will assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• The Certified Nurse Aide will help Residents with personal hygiene
• The CNA will observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• The CNA will document Resident food and fluid intake
• The Certified Nurse Aide will assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• The Certified Nurse Aide makes the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• The CNA will transport Residents within the facility
• The Certified Nurse Aide will assist nurses and other staff as needed
• The Certified Nurse Aide will adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• The CNA will abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards
• The CNA will maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data
