FULL TIME CNA ($15-$18.50/hr + Shift and WE Diff)We are excited to announce that we are looking for C.N.A.s (Certified Nursing Assistants) to join our nursing team at Lakeside Neurologic.  We offer competitive pay rates, shift and weekend differential, excellent benefits and a $3,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time C.N.A.'s.

The available positions are for the 25 Bed -Skilled Medical Rehabilitation Center. COVID FREE UNIT!

Available shifts:

Full time - 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. shifts with rotating weekends.

Full time - 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. shifts with rotating weekends.

Full time - 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. shifts with rotating weekends.

PRN-all shifts-7 a.m. to 3 p.m., 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Qualifications for the position are:

• Must be 18years old 
• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Current State of C.N.A. License

Job Duties:

• Treat the clients with respect and dignity.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the clients.
• Follow and implement plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Provide oral care and hygiene.
• Engage in programming or recreational activities with clients.
• Report medical emergencies or medical symptoms.
• Implement protocols and safety techniques.
• Data Entry.
• Change of shift report and communication.
• Accompany clients on medical or recreational transports.

Sign On Bonus for Full Time Positions-

• $1,500.00 on six month anniversary
• $1,500.00 on the anniversary of one year of employment.
