Job Description

At Home Quality Care is looking for a Certified Nursing assistant (CNA) who will work in a home health setting. Do you love making a difference in people's lives? Qualifications:

Must be a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) with current certification
Possess and maintain current CPR
Licensed driver with Car insurance
At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities:

Assist with personnel care such as bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulation, and assist patient with self-administration of medication.

Meet the needs of the patients and using equipment safely and appropriately (foot stools, side rails, etc.…)

Provide personnel care in a manner conducive to the client's safety and comfort within the parameters of the organization's established policy.

Job Limitations

The home health aide will not function in any manner viewed as the practice of nursing according to the State's Nurse Practice Act. The home health aide will not administer medications, take Doctor's orders. The home health aide will not perform the procedures skills of the nurse, such as sterile techniques.
