Carriage House Nursing and Rehab is seeking Certified Nurse Assistant, CNA to join our team.  We are looking to seek individuals who are looking to provide excellent care to our residents.  

Job Description

• Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, kiosks, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner.

•  Report all changes in the resident's condition to the Charge/Staff Nurse as soon as practical.

•  Receive the nursing report upon reporting on/off duty and maintain other records as directed.

•  Perform and/or assist resident with all hygienic and grooming functions, including dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing, shaving, bowel and bladder functions.

• Check residents routinely to assure that their personal care needs are being met per the plan of care.

• Provide residents with Social Interactions.
• Present a positive image of the facility to all customers, such as job applicants, families, and the community.

V. NURSING ASSISTANT EXPERIENCE

Must be a licensed Certified Nurse Assistant, CNA, CENA in accordance with laws of this state.

VI. PERSONAL, INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

A. Must be able to read, write and speak the English language in an understandable

manner.
