Job Duties

  • Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main care giver by providing necessary support for all activities of daily living
  • Maintain patient stability: monitor weight and vitals as well as input and output and administer tests
  • Communicate any observations in change of resident's status to the nursing team
  • Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs

Qualifications

  • Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate upon hire.
  • Have experience in the long-term care setting or the drive to work in a fast paced environment
  • Treat each resident with care, compassion, and respect
  • Are patient team players with the ability to adapt to easily to change
  • Communicate effectively with the residents you care for as well as the nursing team
  • Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences
