Newport Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility located in Christiana, PA, is seeking to hire compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to support our nursing team.

Full Time & Part Time schedules available

Shifts: 3pm-11pm

The responsibilities & duties:

• Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main care giver by providing necessary support for all activities of daily living
• Maintain patient stability: monitor weight and vitals as well as input and output and administer tests
• Communicate any observations in change of resident's status to the nursing team
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate upon hire.
