Job Description

$18 an hour for full-time and $4,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over 1 year. Must be able to work full-time on 1st shift, 2nd shift or 3rd shift. 1st shift hours are 6a-2pm, 2nd shift hours are 2p-10p and 3rd shift hours are 10p-6a.

Job summary

• Resident centered care oriented
• Personal cares to include assistance in adl's, mobility, positioning, bathing, toileting and dining assistance
• Observations and reporting to licensed staff to monitor resident condition and safety
• Be aware of all aspects of safety for residents and co-workers
• Answer call lights timely and promptly
• Be a team player working in coordination with all disciplines in the center
• Licensed as a certified nursing assistant, and participate in scheduled training and educational classes, maintaining the educational credits for continued certification
