Job Summary

Foltsbrook Center Nursing & Rehabilitation has immediate FT and PT positions available for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) at our facility on 104 N. Washington St, Herkimer, NY 13350.

Certified Nursing Assistants are required to assist patients with direct health care needs, under the supervision of our nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff.
• Record patient information such as vital signs, weight and changes in medical history.
• Update and maintain all client records.
• Assist nurses in maintaining medical inventory.
• Dispense prescribed medications to patients.
• Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.

Requirements

• Flexible scheduling
• Adequate transportation
• NYS Certification for Nursing Assistant

This position offers a $1,500 sign on bonus!
