A DAY IN THE LIFE OF a Certified Nurses Aid (CNA) As a Certified Nurses Aid at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you play a critical role in the care of our residents. You are committed to the highest level of care and responsible for the delivery of resident care (baths, personal grooming, feeding) Turn or reposition residents who are bedridden, take residents' vital signs, and record fluid and meal intake and output. Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety. Strives to incorporate the facility’s goal of quality care in a personal manner with total regard for all our resident’s dignity. You always encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each of our residents. We’re making a positive impact in the lives of our patients and their families bringing you a great deal of satisfaction!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A Certified Nursing Assistant

  • Valid CNA license
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate PointClickCare software
