We are looking for CNAs who can work PT/FT hours, weekdays, and/or weekends in Bexar, Comal, and Guadalupe counties. Great opportunity for recent CNA graduates.

As a CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

  • Have the opportunity to participate in our Nurse Delegation program
  • Provide clients with ADL’s as directed, but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
  • Assist with IADL’s by helping clients enjoy crafts, hobbies, decorating, and outings
  • Assist with Hoyer lifts and other mobility devices
  • Assist client medication reminders in accordance with their care plan
  • Assist with light housekeeping and monitoring safety hazards
  • Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and health care visits

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years CNA experience
  • Active CNA Certification
  • Current CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
  • Negative TB test and drug screen
  • COVID-19 Vaccinations
  • Pass criminal record and background check
  • Able to lift 25 pounds
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Spanish language fluency is a plus
