 **** SIGN ON BONUS ****Hampton Ridge Healthcare is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant's to join our team! We currently have full-time, part-time and per diem positions available for all three shifts. ***3-11 SHIFT***   You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality patient care.

All full time and part time CNA candidates will receive a sign on bonus at 6 months and 12 months.

Responsibilities:

• Provides personal care including baths, showers, oral hygiene, skin care, hair care, and fingernail care
• Encourage maximum independence in activities of daily living
• Assists with Resident meal service
• Assist in reality orientation
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to build rapport with patients, family members and peers
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Certification:

Must possess active CNA certification from the State of New Jersey
