The Diamond is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for immediate hire.

All shifts available: 7a-3p, 3p-11p & 11p-7a

The CNA will be responsible for providing routine daily care to assigned residents including but not limited to personal hygiene care, meals and nutrition, safe transfers and assisting with maintaining a clean and healthy environment.

Certified Nurse Assistant position (CNA) Responsibilities

• Measure and record patients' temperatures and blood pressures
• Observe and record patients' reactions to medications and treatment
• Practice safety and infection control policies
• Maintain scheduling flexibility to meet unit patient care needs
• Participate in the organization and prioritization of patient and unit activities

Certified Nurse Assistant position (CNA) Requirements

• Current New York State CNA license
• Resume
• State ID or Driver’s License
• SS Card
• MMRs (Lab Work, Titers)
• Additional documents may be required
