Certified Nursing Assistant (full-time/part-time)

Atlantic Shores Rehabilitation & Health Center is a long term care facility with an outstanding reputation in the community for providing quality care. We are currently seeking full-time and part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) to join our growing team.

The full time positions include excellent benefits, including PTO time, medical, vision and dental, 401(k) for F/T, and other benefits. Full Time openings are on our 7a-3p, 3p-11p and 11p-7a shifts and Part Time openings on all shifts.  Full-time and Part-time are eligible for sign on bonus!

** Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of DE**

Job Duties:

• The Certified Nurse Aide provides personal care functions to residents
• The Certified Nurse Aide performs basic nursing assistant care procedures for residents as required
• The CNA creates a clean, comfortable and safe environment for residents and assure that their needs are met
• The CNA ensures that resident's food service needs are met in timely and compassionate manner
• The CNA maintains resident documentation records for activities of daily living, restorative programs, and resident specific forms
• The Certified Nurse Aide maintains and works within established departmental, center, and corporate policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program, and safety, environmental and infection control standards
• The CNA attends and participates in scheduled training, educational classes, and orientation programs to maintain certification and enhance quality of care
• The CNA performs other related activities as assigned or requested
