CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT VAN DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Certification by the State
• High School Diploma or GED Preferred
• Experience preferred, not required
• Must have a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) with no major violations or convictions. 
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and successfully complete an Alcohol/Drug Screening process.
• Must possess a valid Florida driver's license. A valid Florida Class “C” driver’s license (CDL-commercial driver’s license) is required if the van is designed to transport more than 15 persons, including the driver, with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of less than 26,001 lbs.
