An exciting new opportunity has become available with an excellent Community Medical Center in Central Idaho who is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to join their dedicated staff.

This community hospital in Central Idaho is governmentally funded, and has been serving the local community for over 60 years. The Chief Nursing Officer will be joining a hospital that offers a comprehensive range of acute-care services including primary care, general surgery, emergency services, and orthopedics. This facility also offers a variety of outpatient clinics and rehabilitation services. It has received multiple awards for excellence in Patient Experience, Quality Improvement, and has been ranked a Top 20 Critical Access Hospital for multiple years. 

The Chief Nursing Officer at this facility will be responsible for the overall leadership, planning, and management for the continuum of Nursing care across the hospital. The CNO will spearhead the facilitation and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and programs at the facility in accordance with hospital guidelines. They will also provide guidance, education, and mentorship to all nursing personnel in order to ensure the highest quality of patient care. The Chief Nursing Officer will be the face of the facility’s clinical nursing practices and will promote collaboration across all departments to ensure the continued pursuit of nursing excellence. This person will also regularly work in concert with hospital leadership to reach departmental goals.
