Responsible for leading all project engineering related activities for the chemical plant, direct the work of (3) Project Engineers within the department and report into the Engineering Manager. Provides technical support and expertise on key capital projects in the facility. Ensure all project engineering activities are performed to enhance safety, equipment reliability, energy efficiency, production capacity and compliance with regulatory statues. Manage the preparation of AFE's.
