NorthEast Health Services is now part of the Transformations Care Network an established network of behavioral health clinics throughout Massachusetts that, out of a passion for providing superior patient care, is empowering our Psychiatrists to provide easy access to high-quality, outcomes-based treatment to all those that need help, and when they need it most.

We are currently adding Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists to our growing team!

About the Psychiatrist Role:

• Outpatient
• No required call
• Opportunity to work with Child and Adolescent patients
• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management
• Reasonable Schedule: Minimum 1-hour initial evaluations, 20-minute follow-up/Med management appointments
• Up to 50% telehealth

• Locations throughout Massachusetts including local to Boston, Springfield, the South Coast as well as on the Cape
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians who are providing psychotherapy services
• Full-time and part-time roles available with a flexible schedule

• Fellowship trained in Child and Adolescent psychiatry
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts
• Willingness to supervise Advance Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs) is a plus

• Potential to earn $400,000
• Compensation includes a base salary, productivity incentives, and a supervisory stipend (if supervising APRNs)
