Civil Designer or Drafters
We are open to both Designers or Drafters.
We are a growing small company located in the Denver Tech Center. We offer a casual, family-friendly work environment and very competitive pay and benefits. You can be a big part of a growing firm.
Our company provides site design services for new development projects such as single family residential, multi-family, commercial, and industrial. From conceptual layout through preliminary design to final construction drawings.
Typical projects would entail a site layout, grading plans, storm drainage design, detention ponds, sewer & water plan & profiles and street design. Utility reports and drainage reports are prepared to support the design

Qualifications
• Qualified applicants shall have 1 - 20 years of experience in AutoCAD with Civil 3D
• Must know how to create profiles, surfaces, assemble Grading Plans, Site Plans, Utility Plans, Horizontal Control Plans and details

Responsibilities
• You will work closely with other project engineers and managers to create a design set for permitting and construction
• Typical projects would entail a site layout, grading plans, storm drainage design, detention ponds, sewer & water plan & profiles and street design
• Utility reports and drainage reports are prepared to support the design
