Starting rate $22.00 + per hour

Responsibilities of the Clearance Sales Associate Team Leader include:

• Keying sales orders, processes payments and gift certificates
• Assisting in motivating, supervising, evaluating and coaching the Clearance Center Sales Associates
• Assists in training Clearance Center Sales Associates in customer service and office procedures
• Coordinating and balancing daily transactions
• Preparing daily deposit slips, check lists and opening and closing reports
• Securing cash bags and deposits in safe
• Responding to and ensuring appropriate resolution of escalated customer service issues

The qualified candidate must have the following:

• 1-2 years experience in retail environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
