Job Description

Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon is seeking a full-time, self-motivated Customer Service representative to join our dealership’s Business Development Center.

This position will be responsible for handling Service leads, inbound phone calls and customer retention.

Immediate Opening Available

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound service calls
  • Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
  • Develop a pipeline of service opportunity leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Work with service and sales department to increase service traffic
  • Stay up to date on active service specials and ongoing Lexus manufacture recalls
  • Properly inform and advise customers on what to expect with their service appointments
  • Outstanding Customer Service
